Orders

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
• Once an order has been placed, it begins processing immediately and may not be canceled or modified.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is accurate before completing their purchase.
• Beauty Maintain reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
• Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination selected at checkout.
• Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
• Beauty Maintain is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Beauty Maintain is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist in filing a claim when applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of beauty products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Cosmetics
• Hair extensions and wigs
• Skincare products
• Beauty tools that have been opened or used
• Personal care items

Returns may only be accepted if:

• The incorrect item was received.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The item has a verified manufacturer defect.

Any approved claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the original packaging
• A description of the issue

Approved replacements or refunds are issued at Beauty Maintain's discretion.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.

Product Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, you will be notified promptly and offered a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Pricing

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing errors may occasionally occur. Beauty Maintain reserves the right to correct pricing inaccuracies and cancel affected orders.

Promotions & Gift Cards

• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
• Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been completed.
